ℹ️ These figures relate to the Latemar ski area, shared by several resorts: kilometres of runs, number of runs, lifts and lift pass are common to all of them. The figures shown here and on the pages of neighbouring resorts therefore refer to the same ski area and the same lift pass: they are not added together.
The 49 km, the 18 lifts and the lift pass listed are those of the Latemar ski area, shared by Obereggen, Pampeago and Predazzo. The distribution of runs is given as a percentage of the kilometres of each difficulty level. Pampeago is the Latemar sector on the Val di Fiemme side, linked to Obereggen and Predazzo.

Based on the resort's altitude and historical snow reliability
Pampeago is a small-scale resort that puts the quality of its welcome and its closeness first, rather than impressive figures. Its 49 km of runs are ideal for a stay of 3 to 4 days, especially with the family or for skiers who don't need to constantly change their playground. Pampeago has kept the authentic identity of a mountain village, far from the concrete resorts of the 1970s. People come here for the clean air, the unspoiled scenery and a human atmosphere that stands apart from the industrialisation of skiing in some large ski areas. Pampeago's altitude (1,760 m at the base, 2,388 m at the top) allows it to maintain decent snow cover through midwinter. January and February are the most reliable; in December and March, it's best to check conditions before finalising a booking. The budget for a stay in Pampeago is clearly high: 71€ for a day lift pass, plus accommodation and mountain restaurants among the most expensive in the Alps. It's the price of excellence, but be aware of it before you go. In short: Pampeago doesn't compete with the giants of skiing, and doesn't pretend to. It's an honest destination, often underrated, that deserves to be (re)discovered.
