✍️ Our verdict on Réallon

A human-scale resort, Réallon focuses on the quality of its welcome and its closeness rather than on impressive figures. Its 30 km of runs are ideal for a 3- to 4-day stay, especially for families or skiers who don't need to constantly renew their playground. Réallon's family reputation is well deserved: dedicated beginner areas, well-groomed green runs and a friendly atmosphere at the foot of the lifts. It is one of the most reassuring resorts in the Southern Alps for laying the foundations of skiing with children. Réallon's altitude (1,380 m at the bottom, 2,000 m at the top) helps it maintain decent snow cover in midwinter. January and February are the most reliable months; in December and March, it's best to check conditions before finalising a booking. The 30€ day lift pass remains reasonable for the quality of the ski area on offer. Counting accommodation, skiing and meals, Réallon suits those who want a lovely week without the final bill knocking them off their chairs. In short, Réallon is one of those rare resorts that combines a real village, a sincere family atmosphere and runs suited to everyone. It's hard to have a bad stay here.
