ℹ️ These figures refer to the Pal Arinsal ski area, shared by several resorts: kilometres of pistes, number of runs, lifts and lift pass are common to all. The values shown here and on neighbouring resort pages therefore describe the same ski area and the same lift pass: they are not added together.
The 63 km, 27 lifts and lift pass shown are those of the Pal Arinsal ski area, shared by Pal and Arinsal, which are linked by a cable car. Pal is the wooded sector of the area, reached by gondola from La Massana. Its forest runs stay skiable when visibility deteriorates, and the La Caubella zone, with its snow garden, makes it one of the best places in Andorra to start skiing as a family.

Based on the resort's altitude and historical snow reliability
A resort on a human scale, Pal prides itself on the quality of its welcome and its closeness rather than on impressive figures. Its 63 km of runs are ideal for a stay of 3 to 4 days, especially for families or skiers who don't need to constantly renew their playground. Pal's family reputation is well earned: dedicated beginner areas, a well-organised childcare service, well-groomed green runs and a friendly atmosphere at the foot of the lifts. It is one of the most reassuring resorts in the Pyrenees for laying the foundations of skiing with children. With a summit at 2,560 m and a village at 1,780 m, Pal's snow reliability is generally dependable from January to the end of March. A few exceptionally mild winters can create tension early in the season, but the situation recovers quickly once the first serious snowfalls arrive. The budget for a stay in Pal is clearly high: €52 for a day lift pass, plus accommodation and mountain restaurants that are among the most expensive in the Alps. It is the price of excellence, but you should be aware of it before you leave. In short: Pal keeps its promises. A Pyrenean resort that will suit most profiles without disappointing.
