ℹ️ These figures refer to the Les 4 Vallées ski area, which is shared by several resorts: kilometres of runs, number of runs, lifts and lift pass are common to all of them. The values shown here and on the pages of neighbouring resorts therefore refer to the same ski area and the same lift pass: they do not add up.
The 412 km, 68 lifts and lift pass shown are those of the 4 Vallées ski area, shared by Verbier, Nendaz, Veysonnaz, Thyon and La Tzoumaz; run distribution is given as a percentage of the kilometres. Haute-Nendaz, at 1,350 m, lies at the geographic centre of the 4 Vallées. From the resort, lifts link to Siviez, then Tortin and the Mont-Fort glacier at 3,330 m, giving access to the whole ski area. More family-friendly and cheaper than Verbier, Nendaz remains an ideal base for exploring the 412 km of runs.

Based on the resort's altitude and historical snow reliability
Nendaz is one of the rare resorts offering more than 412 km of runs — a colossal area that even the fastest skiers won't cover in a week. With 68 lifts and 0 runs listed, it's a destination that can absorb all visitor flows without ever seeming crowded. Technical terrain is king at Nendaz: with 25 black runs and 49 red runs on offer, confirmed skiers will find plenty to challenge them. Off-piste and freeride are practised in often excellent conditions thanks to the altitude and the orientation of the slopes. Snow-wise, Nendaz is in a strong position with its highest point at 3,330 m — even in capricious winters, the upper runs hold up well into April. The village at 1,350 m is also well placed to guarantee comfortable conditions from mid-December. The budget for a stay at Nendaz is clearly high: €99 for a day lift pass, plus accommodation and mountain restaurants among the most expensive in the Alps. It's the price of excellence — but you should be aware of it before you go. In short: Nendaz keeps its promises well. A resort in the Northern Alps that will suit most profiles without disappointing.

Mont-Fort, the highest point, opens descents of nearly 2,000 m of vertical and off-piste slopes that built Verbier's worldwide reputation.
