Based on the resort's altitude and historical snow reliability
Les 7 Laux offers 120 km of well-marked runs, a mid-sized ski area ideal for spending 4 to 5 days without ever doing exactly the same thing twice. The 22 lifts are generally sufficient to handle the flow in high season. Les 7 Laux's family reputation is well earned: dedicated beginner areas, well-groomed green runs and a friendly atmosphere at the foot of the lifts. It is one of the most reassuring resorts in the Northern Alps for laying the foundations of skiing with children. Les 7 Laux's altitude (1,350 m at the bottom, 2,200 m at the top) keeps the snow reasonably reliable in mid-winter. January and February are the most dependable; in December and March, it is worth checking conditions before finalising a booking. The 43€ day lift pass places Les 7 Laux among the mid-range resorts on price: neither cheap nor exorbitant. The quality of the ski area and facilities justifies the price for most skiers. In short: Les 7 Laux keeps its promises. A resort in the Northern Alps that will suit most profiles without disappointing.
