Klosters is a ski resort in the Northern Alps range, in the Prättigau, Grisons, Switzerland 🇨🇭. The ski area stretches over 96 km of runs between 1,191 m and 2,844 m, served by 18 lifts. Day lift pass 91€ per adult.
* Price per adult for 1 day, public high-season rate. Reduced rates (online purchase, outside school holidays, families, children, seniors) are generally offered by the resort.
ℹ️ These figures apply to the Parsenn (Davos – Klosters) ski area, which is shared by several resorts: kilometres of runs, number of runs, lifts and lift pass are common to all of them. The values shown here and on the pages of neighbouring resorts therefore refer to the same ski area and the same lift pass: they are not added together.
The 96 km, 18 lifts and pass shown are those of the Parsenn ski area, shared by Davos and Klosters. The Davos Klosters regional pass gives access to Parsenn, Jakobshorn, Rinerhorn, Madrisa and Schatzalp, which are not linked to each other on skis. The breakdown of runs is given as a percentage of the kilometres for each difficulty. Klosters is a village of chalets in the Prättigau, linked to Davos by the Parsenn ski area via the Gotschna. More low-key than its neighbour, it is known for having been a favourite resort of members of the British royal family. The Madrisa ski area lies on the other side of the village.

Based on the resort's altitude and historical snow reliability
Klosters offers 96 km of well-marked runs — a mid-sized ski area ideal for spending 4 to 5 days without ever doing exactly the same run twice. The 18 lifts are generally sufficient to cope with the flow in high season. Klosters has managed to preserve an authentic mountain-village identity, far from the concrete resorts of the 1970s. Here, people come for the clean air, the unspoilt scenery and a friendly atmosphere that contrasts with the industrialisation of skiing in some large ski areas. With a summit at 2,844 m and a village at 1,191 m, snow reliability in Klosters is generally dependable from January to the end of March. A few exceptionally mild winters can create tension early in the season, but the situation recovers quickly with the first serious snowfalls. The budget for a stay in Klosters is clearly high: 91€ for the day pass, plus accommodation and mountain restaurants among the most expensive in the Alps. It is the price of excellence — but you should be aware of it before you go. In short: Klosters keeps its promises well. A Northern Alps resort that will suit most profiles without disappointing.
🏔️ Parsenn (Davos – Klosters)
The Parsenn links Davos and Klosters and offers some of the longest descents in Switzerland, with up to 2,000 m of vertical drop down to the valleys. It is the largest ski area in the region, which has several other unlinked areas. The run breakdown is given as a percentage of kilometres by difficulty.
