ℹ️ These figures apply to the Parsenn (Davos – Klosters) ski area, which is shared by several resorts: kilometres of runs, number of runs, lifts and lift pass are common to all of them. The values shown here and on the pages of neighbouring resorts therefore refer to the same ski area and the same lift pass: they are not added together.

About Davos

The 96 km, 18 lifts and lift pass shown are those of the Parsenn ski area, shared by Davos and Klosters. The Davos Klosters regional pass gives access to Parsenn, Jakobshorn, Rinerhorn, Madrisa and Schatzalp, which are not linked on skis. Run distribution is given as a percentage of the kilometres of each difficulty. Davos, at 1,560 m, is often described as the highest town in Europe and hosts the World Economic Forum every year. Its large ski area, the Parsenn, is linked to Klosters and offers very long descents to the valleys. The town also has several other separate ski areas.

✍️ Our verdict on Davos

Davos offers 96 km of well-marked runs — a mid-sized ski area ideal for spending 4 to 5 days without ever doing exactly the same thing twice. The 18 lifts are generally enough to handle the crowds in high season. Davos has kept an authentic mountain village identity, far from the concrete resorts of the 1970s. People come here for the clean air, the unspoilt landscapes and a friendly atmosphere that stands apart from the industrialised skiing of some large ski areas. With a summit at 2,844 m and a village at 1,560 m, snow reliability in Davos is generally good from January to the end of March. A few exceptionally mild winters can cause tension early in the season, but the situation recovers quickly with the first heavy snowfalls. A stay in Davos is clearly a high-budget affair: 91€ for the day lift pass, plus accommodation and mountain restaurants that are among the most expensive in the Alps. It's the price of excellence — but be aware of it before you go. In short: Davos lives up to its promises. A Northern Alps resort that will suit most profiles without disappointing.
