ℹ️ These figures refer to the Flims Laax Falera ski area, which is shared by several resorts: kilometres of runs, number of runs, lifts and lift pass are common to all of them. The values shown here and on the neighbouring resort pages therefore describe the same ski area and the same lift pass, so they are not added together.
The 176 km, the 29 lifts and the lift pass listed are those of the Flims Laax Falera ski area, shared by Laax, Flims and Falera. Based on the resort's altitude and historical snow reliability
The Falera ski area, with its 176 km of runs, is a good option for every type of skier: large enough that you won't go round in circles for a week, yet compact enough to find your favourite sectors easily. The 29 lifts keep the descents flowing without long queues. Falera's family reputation is well deserved: dedicated beginner areas, a well-run childcare service, well-groomed green runs and a friendly atmosphere at the foot of the lifts. It is one of the most reassuring resorts in the Northern Alps for children's first steps on skis. As for snow, Falera has the edge with its highest point at 3,018 m: even in difficult winters, the upper runs hold up well into April. The village at 1,220 m is also well placed to offer comfortable conditions from mid-December. A stay in Falera is clearly expensive: the lift pass costs 92€ a day, on top of accommodation and mountain restaurants that are among the most expensive in the Alps. It's the price of quality, but you should be aware of it before you go. In short, Falera keeps its promises. A Northern Alps resort that will suit most skiers without disappointing.
