✍️ Our verdict on Limone Piemonte

A resort on a human scale, Limone Piemonte focuses on the quality of its welcome and its proximity rather than on impressive figures. Its 52 km of runs are ideal for a 3- to 4-day stay, especially for families or skiers who don't need to constantly change their playground. Technical terrain reigns at Limone Piemonte: with 33 black runs and 54 red runs on offer, experienced skiers will find plenty to test themselves. Off-piste and freeride are often enjoyed in excellent conditions thanks to the altitude and the orientation of the slopes. Limone Piemonte's altitude (1,046 m at the base, 2,060 m at the top) allows it to maintain decent snow cover through midwinter. January and February are the most reliable months; in December and March, it is worth checking conditions before finalising a booking. At 48€ for a day lift pass, Limone Piemonte sits in the mid-range bracket on price: neither cheap nor exorbitant. The quality of the ski area and its facilities justifies the cost for most skiers. In short, Limone Piemonte keeps its promises. A Southern Alps resort that will suit most profiles without disappointing.
